The four pockets

How Dailee decides whether a task is Doing today, Planned, To do or Done.
Every task in Dailee sits in one of four pockets. The pocket is decided by the task itself, so your board always stays tidy.
How a task finds its pocket
- Done: the task has reached 100% progress.
- Doing today: you have started it, so its progress is above 0%.
- Planned: it has a date but you have not started it yet.
- To do: it has no date and no progress yet.
On the web you can also drag a task from one pocket to another.
Colours tell you the progress
A task card changes colour as you work on it: it starts sand coloured in To do, turns lilac when planned, light blue when you start, and green as you get close to done.
Tabs and sorting
Use the tabs at the top to switch between All, Mine, Sent, Projects and Team. Each pocket can be sorted by start date, due date, priority, newest, recently updated, recently completed or title.
