My access code does not arrive

What to check when the sign-in email with your code is missing.
The sign-in email usually arrives within a minute. If it does not, try these steps.
Check the address
Make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Tap Change to go back and fix it.
Look in other folders
Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders. Mark the email from Dailee as not spam so the next ones land in your inbox.
Ask for a new code
Codes work for 10 minutes. If yours expired, request a new one and use only the latest email.
Company email?
Some company mail servers hold external emails for a few minutes. Wait a little, or ask your IT team to allow emails from dailee.ai.
